Gevim

Branch

The Gevim branch is the youngest branch of the Mechina, established in 2025 (5785) at Kibbutz Gevim, located near the city of Sderot.

The branch was launched at the height of the "Iron Swords" war with a clear vision: to bring a youthful spirit to Kibbutz Gevim during a challenging time and to support the rising needs of the community and the entire region. The establishment of this branch was made possible through the support of the Social Banking Center of Bank Hapoalim, as part of the "Poalim Tkuma Fund" for the restoration of the Gaza envelope communities.

Within a short time, the Mechina has become an integral part of the kibbutz landscape, with its students forming warm and deep connections with the local residents.
